Tayboon provides a curated partner introduction service designed to help individuals identify meaningful long-term compatibility.
By using Tayboon, you agree to these Terms.
Nature of Service
Tayboon provides:
• compatibility-based introductions
• structured, expert-informed matching review
• one introduction at a time
• email-facilitated introductions
Tayboon facilitates introductions only and does not participate in communication after an introduction is made.
Tayboon does not guarantee:
• a match
• relationship success
• marriage outcome
Eligibility
Users must:
• be 18 years or older
• provide accurate information
• participate respectfully
• use the service for genuine relationship purposes
We reserve the right to decline eligibility or discontinue service in order to maintain a respectful and high-quality community.
Matching Process
Completion of the compatibility survey allows Tayboon to evaluate potential introductions using a structured, expert-informed review process.
When a compatible match is identified:
• both individuals receive an Introduction Notification
• a limited profile summary is shared for review
• each person must approve before contact details are shared
• only one introduction is facilitated at a time
Typical timelines range from 3–6 weeks, depending on compatibility alignment and availability of suitable candidates.
Timing is not guaranteed.
Tayboon provides compatibility-informed introductions and does not provide psychological, legal, or medical advice. Compatibility assessments reflect subjective human judgment based on the information provided and do not guarantee compatibility or relationship outcomes.
Payments
Fees may include:
• compatibility survey fee
• introduction fee (if applicable)
Fees support compatibility evaluation, matching review, and operational costs.
If a technical error prevents access to the survey or prevents facilitation of an introduction after payment, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to resolve the issue
Compatibility Survey Fee
The compatibility survey fee is non-refundable, as it provides access to Tayboon’s proprietary assessment framework and initiates the compatibility evaluation process.
Payment is final once the survey is purchased, regardless of whether the survey is completed.
Introduction Fee
Users are only charged an introduction fee after both individuals review and accept an Introduction Notification.
Once both individuals accept and payment is completed, Tayboon facilitates the introduction by sharing contact details between the matched individuals.
As the service is fulfilled upon facilitation of the introduction, the introduction fee is non-refundable once the introduction has been facilitated.
No Guarantee of Match or Outcome
Tayboon does not guarantee that a compatible match will be identified within any specific timeframe or at all.
Compatibility depends on the availability of suitable candidates and alignment of preferences.
Tayboon does not guarantee relationship outcomes, including long-term compatibility, engagement, or marriage.
Relationship success depends on personal factors outside Tayboon’s control.
Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
• misrepresent identity
• provide false or misleading information
• misuse another person’s information
• harass or behave disrespectfully toward matches
• use Tayboon for commercial purposes
• copy proprietary survey materials
Tayboon may remove users who violate these standards.
Removal due to misconduct may occur without refund.
Safety and Respect
Tayboon is intended for individuals seeking respectful and meaningful connections.
Users are expected to communicate respectfully and act in good faith throughout the introduction process.
Tayboon does not tolerate harassment, coercion, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior.
Users who engage in misconduct may be removed from the service.
Users are responsible for exercising appropriate judgment when interacting with introduced individuals.
Tayboon encourages individuals to take reasonable precautions when meeting someone new.
Privacy and Profile Sharing
Profile summaries shared during an Introduction Notification contain limited compatibility-related information.
Contact details are only shared after mutual approval.
Photos are optional and are only shared with a potential match after approval.
Tayboon does not publicly display user profiles.
Use of Tayboon is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
No Background Checks
Tayboon does not independently verify all information provided by users and does not conduct criminal background checks unless explicitly stated.
Users are responsible for exercising appropriate judgment when interacting with introduced individuals.
Intellectual Property
All survey content, compatibility methodology, and materials are proprietary to Tayboon.
Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or modify Tayboon materials without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Tayboon facilitates introductions but does not control the actions of individuals using the service.
Users are responsible for their personal decisions and interactions.
Tayboon is not liable for:
• the conduct of introduced individuals
• compatibility outcomes
• relationship outcomes
• personal interactions after introduction
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tayboon’s liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if participation is inconsistent with the intention of the service.
Users may withdraw at any time.
Non-Transferability
Access to Tayboon services is personal and may not be transferred to another individual.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Tayboon constitutes acceptance of any updates.
